i, went out to eat brunch with my classmates this morning. and on our way to the coffeeshop, i saw these LARGE, BLACK CROWS. you know the kind that are ALL black and are very big? not mynahs, but crows. and they were pecking at this black lump in the middle of the road. i thought it was another crow. and i was just looking and we were walking closer, when i noticed it was a
it was probably the most tragick sight i had seen for a long time. it was tiny for a cat, that's why i couldn't tell at first. probably about 2 months old. it probably would have been okay if it had just been struck down dead by a car. but you could see, PINK things coming out from the poor cat. and the crows were eating it. and i was reminded all over again about kitten. and how he died. and i am so glad we found him before crows ate him.
the class guys were making jokes about it of course. but i think they were suitably repulsed. just trying to cover it up with manly jokes.
what makes us love anyway? is it because of our want to love others, or is it because we're afraid that if we don't, others won't love us?
